Rupert Grint was cast for the new movie Wild Target.
The website of Rupert's agency was updated today, to reflect his role in Cherrybomb and to inform about his casting in another new film - Wild Target!
According to IMDB the film is currently in pre-production and Bill Nighy and Helena Bonham Carter are attached to star. The short synopsis states " hitman tries to retire but a beautiful thief may change his plans."
Allegedly the film will begin shooting this month and locations will include London and the Isle of Man. Wild Target is also being labeled as a comedy/drama, and is based off of a 1993 French film called "Cible Emouvante".
It seems to be a big budget film, and should see a fairly wide release! There is a rumour about a March 2009 release date, but please note that this is pure speculation since filming has not even begun.
